Came for a service with my friend and was welcomed by very friendly lovely guy called ‘dan nelson’ couldn’t do enough to help On the front desk. Another guy ‘James Fitzpatrick ’ was very helpful and made sure we were well looked after. Super impressed and would recommend. Great atmosphere :D \u003c3 x

After visiting the Arnold Clark Ashton Fiat / Jeep / Abarth Showroom with a friend who was looking for a new car I was highly impressed with the overall service that we received. The customer service was of a very high quality, we was offered a drink and they even brought biscuits and a colouring book for my 4 year daughter who was with us. The showroom was highly maintained and very clean. The Sales assistant (James Fitzpatrick) was very understanding when it came to what my friend was looking for in her new car, he was very patient and provided an excellent service from the moment we walked into the dealership to the moment we left with the new car, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new car to take a trip to this store because the quality of customer service and service overall was second to none! Thank you again for all the help.

Recently bought a car from Arnold Clark Ashton and everything was very straightforward. The girls that I dealt with, Becky & Geena where very helpful from start to finish.. from test driving to signing the documents. Very happy so far with our new car! A scuff on one of the alloys that we noticed has been repaired for us no problem. Great service!

Terrible customer service , car very badly prepared in workshop ,car was not safe to drive . Staff on the whole have no idea what they are doing. Very ignorant people never ring you back as promised. If you do buy a care from these amateurs I would advice an independent mechanical inspection before collection and at hand over check the finance documents because they may have changed the figures without telling you .

Excellent service & very pleasant member of staff. Arrived prior to the official opening time, but I was seen by a staff arriving & he met me on the car park. This enabled me to handover and get to my next job quicker. If their Customer Service is as good, this is a garage that cares

I came for servicing of my car which Dan Nelson made me feel at ease and very welcome. Booked my car in to be repaired and have an MOT the following week in which I was kept in contact with about the repair work. He made sure everything was going to be done before MOT. While here James Fitzpatrick made me feel very welcome, offering drinks throughout waiting and kept making sure everything was ok. This place has a great atmosphere and everyone is very welcoming. Thankyou for everything ️

Recently bought a car from Arnold Clark. Fair p/x deal. Great customer service received from Michael Hinnington in the sales team from the time of purchase to the time of collection. The sales team are always available to answer your queries. Good old fashioned service. Would recommend this branch of Arnold Clark to anyone.
