The sales team are amazing and are really helpfull. The houses are really nice too. We bought a house back in January and are very happy with the house itself. The garden is not well finished though, and has drainage issues. Also feel like there was no effort in putting the turf down, not the best of landscaping I have seen. But the worst thing is the after care. They tell you to email in any issues, but when you do you don't get any response. Builders have said in two occasions they will show up to help with snags but not shown up at all (even when I took a day off work to be home). Trying to get any snagging done is like getting blood out of a stone.
New development in Standish. Some decent houses, some overpriced shoe boxes as well though.
