I have been a customer of this company for 2 and a half years. We are expecting our first child so need a bigger car, coincidentally the guys at Wigan chapelhouse called so we had a look there as the car we have was from there. So found one, put a deposit on 5 weeks ago and heard nothing since. I then had to chase Dan for an update after weeks of hearing nothing, but I had paid a 100 deposit. So I called and they would call back tomorrow, that didn't happen. So I called a week later, same thing Dan isn't available and either was a manager. So the next day I have a missed call and Dan answers, fabulous! But then he offers no apology for lack of communication or reason either, so I ask for a manager. They have taken too long and I am taking my business elsewhere, I want my deposit refunding. The manager Kevin then assures me it will be sorted urgently, I got this in writing 7 days ago. Nothing since, again. I gave this deposit as a show of my reliability and have been shown nothing in return. If I don't get my refund within the next few days I will be going further.

Came in last week to view a car after speaking with Sam on the phone multiple times. Sam was very pleasant, polite and wasn't pushy as he gave me plenty of time to make my mind up as to what car i would like. To be honest, this has to be the most pleasant and enjoyable experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Can't wait to pick the car up next week! I would 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Went to view a car and ended up buying it! Very friendly welcome by Dan who showed us a car that was similar if not the same (not good with cars) to the one I was describing. Gave my Son the packet of sweets he found on his desk which was very kind and then Sam came in with a balloon to cheer up my Son who wasn't happy I said he had enough sweets after the 5000 one. Sam also took me on a test drive were we had a great chat about the car and just general things. Dan then gave me a great deal for the car 99 a month! Amazing. Highly recommend paying a visit for advice, buying or reassurance. Thank you!

My regular chapel house is st helens but due to a fault on my car and it needing to be seen this was our nearest garage with the earliest appointment. The Gent on reception was very helpful. The whole experience was excellent and very quick turn over with my car!

I contacted Chapelhouse Wigan on 14/10/2020after receiving poor service previously from Chapelhouse Warrington. I have had a gear box problem since purchase of my new 2020 Vitara and I am still waiting to be contacted by Wigan for repair

This place tell you lies to get your business. They say if you take your car to them for a service or MOT etc, they'll wash and Hoover your car. So I did, and I got my car back NOT hoovered or washed. It was still dirty inside and out, and cost me more than if I'd have gone elsewhere
