I bought an 8mph Sterling scooter I'm delighted with the specifications and performance on my particular model, value for money, a very comfortable drive, I'm blown away by the independence this purchase has given me, I would have liked to attach a photo to this review showing how happy both my German Shepherd dog and myself are...I drove my scooter and took my GSD to the shop to personally thank Julie and show how happy my dog and I are. I can't say enough about the excellent service from Millercare Platt Bridge in Wigan they have assisted me to get my freedom back so I can walk my German Shepherd dog, they offered me a brand new 8mph scooter at a very reasonable price, thank you Julie for showing great patience whilst I was considering which scooter would best suit me, by offering your expert opinion the same applies to your colleagues for a 1st class 5* shopping experience and the after care service...I had a very minor issue with the seat belt supplied with my scooter this was promptly rectified. I hope my review helps others who are considering purchasing anything from this Millercare Branch.

Just had a visit from Julie and another gentleman whose name I don't know with a replacement lead for my reclining chair. They could have waited till the new year to do this but came out straightaway they found one so I wasn't inconvenienced over the holidays, great service. They went the extra mile for me and it is very much appreciated. Thank you once again.

Purchased a Careflex hydrotilt chair from Millercare, Wigan, & the service we received was excellent. They loaned us a hydrotilt chair whilst we waited for ours to be made. We needed the headrest to be specially adapted & Julie worked very hard with the manufacturers to get this right for us. She updated us throughout & I can't thank Julie enough for her efforts & professionalism. The style & quality of the chair is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company & this chair.

My elderly mother recently moved into a nursing home and I was advised by the home that Mum needed a wheelchair for transit purposes. I visited the Millercare Platt Bridge shop and Julie showed me various models of wheelchair with different features and price points. Julie then promptly visited the nursing home, reviewed my mothers actual requirements in terms of size and features and delivered one for Mum to try. Millercare provided local, fast, friendly, expert service and advice. Excellent result.

From initial call to supply was less than a week for my fathers new wheelchair. Julie was very helpful and professional.
