Excellent customer service from James, from the moment I emailed my enquiry to picking the car up. Friendly, helpful and no pressure when checking the car out. One of the best buying experiences i've ever had and i've purchased over 30 cars over the last 19 years from different garages. Thanks James for making this a swift and pleasant experience. Saf Edit : had a slight issue with my car a couple of weeks after our purchase (one of the inspection panels needed readjusting) - contacted James who put me in touch with Dan the service manager. Dan was a pleasure to deal with, straight to the point, even acknowledging it was too far for me to bring back to motor class so i took the car into my local dealer who rectified the issue and before i even went to pick my car up Dan had spoken to them and covered cost. Excellent after service which is rare these days. Thanks Dan!

Mike at motor-class has helped are dream come true. We have toiled with the idea for some time on getting a VW T5 Camper van, and when the right one came along at motor class we had to go take a look. First impressions where that they where a very friendly but not pushy sales team, and allowed us to spend several hours to browse over the van and then take out for a test drive, all the time felling no pressure to buy. When we arrived to collect our van(Toby), he had been fully checked over, had a fresh MOT, new disk and pads and 3/4 of a tank of fuel. Very quick and easy handover and great service.
