I bought a pair of Birkenstocks to wear at home. When I wanted a replacement because they were literally falling apart after 4 months, the shop assistant told me it's wear and tear, I simply wore them too much and they won't replace them, even though there's meant to be a year warranty. WELL, THEY'RE SHOES, KAREN, OF COURSE I WORE THEM EVERY DAY! I thought I'd get quality and good service for 60 I paid but I was wrong - sandals that lasted the same as any 10 flip flops I bought before in other shops, and rude staff that don't care about customers at all. Definitely not coming back.

Staff were so helpful Explained I needed a new pair of Vans as I had ruined my daughter's. Explained this was a surprise for my daughter as we were going on holiday that same night. Staff were kind, caring and understanding Left the shop with exactly what I needed and the staff gave me student discount Thank you
