I ordered my son's uniform for High School through Impressions this year and I was highly pleased with the excellent level of service and the well planned Covid measures put in place to keep customer's safe. Even though the ladies were clearly busy everyone was served very efficiently. Thank you for making it so stress free

They treat you as if you have come to take things for free. I had gone to pick up the entire school kit ( uniform ) for my daughter. I wasn't there from morning till evening. As I mentioned I was there to pick up an entire school kit and I was asked first to wrap up thing soon in about 10 minutes after getting in to the store as there were other customer waiting, then i get asked a second time to pick what ever I have got and leave. All of this wasn't for more than 25 minutes and I did make a purchase of 135 quid. At that point in time I did not know there was another store that I could pick up the same school uniform as well. Cause this is by far the worst customer service I have come across. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN as they definitely dont seem to be in for any sort of customer service. Not sure if I was the only one treated this way. I had forgotten to get her tie with being asking to get out of the store as quickly as possible . I wentt Slaters School wear and they patiently assigned a store advisor and even though it was only for two ties and there were lot of people waiting outside they patiently let pick the tie ( not more than ten minute ) . Now that's customer service.
After another cardigan going walkies I went to pick up an emergency cardigan for my daughter. I was able to get just what i needed. The staff are always so helpful. After requesting embroidered initials they then also delivered my cardigan the same evening. Great service highly recommend
I have always had great service here and the owner always tries to speak to all her customers which can prove challenging. I have always been more than satisfied and it is a shop which is friendly and welcoming. Will continue to come here
wouldn't go anywhere else to get uniform. Friendly, warm atmosphere and couldn't be more helpful. Will go over and above to help out , even when on the last minute. fantastic shop!
