We recently planned some alterations to our integral garage only to be told that the ceiling was made up of asbestos. This paused our plans. We did not know what to do but fortunately, we were given contact details for UK-EAS. A phone call was quickly followed by a visit from an inspector and a sample taken for analysis. Our worst fears were confirmed but we were still unsure, particularly as our bedroom was above the garage, so MD Andy visited us at home. His professionalism, friendly attitude and practical solutions convinced us that this was the right company to deal with. A full decontamination unit was built on the front of our garage, my son described it as a \23-19\ (monsters inc.), the limited contents we were keeping were removed, washed and stored. The asbestos was professionally and environmentally removed, the ceiling was re-boarded and all the electrics and gas supply neatly dealt with.Then a utility area was built. Everyone involved with the job was professional, friendly and courteous. Andy continued to be attentive and met regularly with my wife to ensure she was satisfied with the work being carried out. We would highly recommend UK-EAS to anybody with an asbestos problem or building requirement.
