Very professional. My alternator had ceased forever. I phoned up got told to bring my car in. Quoted price and stuck to it even though the alternator was somewhat dearer than quote. Fantastic job. Wigan Auto electrician forced a new 70amp relay in to a standard holder by grinding 9.5mm blades down to 6.5mm to fit a standard relay holder, they also cut a large piece out of a perfect relay bank! We are not impressed with the quality of work and have since had a full refund.

Over phone explained problem booked diagnostic scan when showed up explained exactly same problem suddenly service needed diagnostic scan isn’t enough and need more time for other test and to book on next week, wasted holiday day in work and time, horrible unprofessional people. Would not trust to give them fix anything.

Excellent service 5*. Had problems with my alternator, I rang late one afternoon & was told to drop my car off the next morning, the alternator was replaced & all work was completed by early afternoon that day, including a new fan belt. As I had stayed in Wigan to do some shopping they even rang me to say the job was going to take an hour longer than expected to see if I was still ok to hang around, the car was then ready on the dot at 2pm as stated. Excellent communication, excellent service excellent value will definitely recommend!
