I waited half an hour with them telling me every time 5 min and even that the driver turned up and couldn't find me. No driver turned up and even if,it would have been already after half an hour when you told me in 5 min every single time. I got to work 50 MIN after first call. LATE AND IN THAT TIME FRAME I COULD HAVE TAKEN AT LEAST 3 BUSES IF ONLY THEY WERE SINCERE ABOUT THE WAITING TIME. But they are not and make you believe driver is always around the corner. On top of that refuse to give a refund for this horrible service.

I use this company roughly 3 times a week sometimes more (around the same time) and yet pretty much every time I get charged a different price even to the point the driver has even said i don't understand how it was 7 pound yesterday and 8.10 today!. I dont understand how your company can charge me different prices yet im going to the same place everytime and roughly the same time, I would of thought someone who uses your taxis so much would be classed as a loyal customers!. Its a shame because the drivers are brill and never really have any problems! but this whole charging me all different prices is really starting to put me off, I like to have the correct money ready for driver but this is impossible when I never know the price.

Rang for a taxi and said the taxi would be dispatched straight away. They wasn't wrong! The taxi arrived within 5 minutes. They sent me texts to inform me where the taxi driver was and I was even able to live track the taxi. Very impressed. Driver was friendly and professional. Thank you 5 stars I highly recommend this taxi company!!!
