Shocking. Merged with Spark Energy, and they were just as bad. Trying to charge me some bogus fee when I have already left the supplier making out I had a debt on my meter. Rubbish. I watched those meters carefully, so I wouldn't lose my money with the new pay as you go key cards. Liars and the customer service is terrible.
