Very friendly staff, apart from today, I asked a man behind the counter to change a 20 pound note for two 10 pound notes as I only wanted to put 10 pounds in the fruit machine, he told me "we are not a bank you know" I told him the reason why I wanted the change and he gave the same answer I told him he was stupid and he told me to get out after he had given me the change. That is not the way too treat customers!!
