After sales service is terrible & seems Williams not interested once installation has been completed & they have received payment. I had 8 new windows & front door replaced by Williams & installation was completed on time. I then noticed a draught coming through front door & had repair team out 3 times to fix, however this has still not been resolved. I also noticed 3 other issues (facing coming loose from wall, lead pattern coming away from window & 1 failed unit) at start of lockdown in March & decided to hold off contacting Williams until restrictions had lifted. I first contacted them on Sept 28th & was advised that I would receive a call back with date that repair team would visit, I have called back every week since & was given the same response each time. 4 weeks later & I am still waiting on a date that repair team will visit to assess each issue. I paid almost 5000 for new windows & door & I would expect far better service than false promises. I also noticed that Williams had responded to previous poor review by stating that every company will have issues & it's how the company resolves the issues that counts...if only

Full double glazing and patio door installed . Very efficient great workmanship and friendly workers. They clean up afterwards andcouldnt be more helpful from start to finish. Give them a try you wont be disappointed.

Strongly recommend William Double Glazing! John was very nice during the whole decision process, not being pushy at all. Had plenty of time to ask as many questions as we wanted. Once we signed, the installing team was really nice, right on time and did the entire job from A to Z in just one day (we had 4 windows changed, including 2 very large ones). We are very happy with the results, can already feel the difference and will surely contact them again for our next projects!
