Although it seems that some people have had an unfortunate experience with the company I can only say the complete opposite. This company has been magnificent in helping our choir [Cowbridge Male Voice Choir]providing us with all the PPE products we needed very quickly enabling us to appear on Good Morning Britain. We’ve used Williams a few times now and they have been brilliant every time, even during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a medical professional needing equipment, particularly PPE, I have struggled to find supplies elsewhere but Williams have always been well stocked. Easy ordering and quick delivery. I recently ordered at short notice one afternoon and the team went above and beyond to make sure the items arrived the next day! Absolutely fantastic service, would highly recommend.

Terrible service, terrible communication, avoid. 1. Placed the order June 12th. 2. Emailed them June 26th, they gave an excuse about the manufacturer, they told me it would be here in 2 weeks. 3. July 21st emailed them again, so at that stage they say we'll refund you \immediately\. 4. August 27th they email to say the refund has been issued. And despite the .ie in the URL, this company is not based in Ireland. I can see that they've read all their google reviews and apologise. Clearly there is absolutely no value in those apologies.

I posted an order on 12th August. I received my order after 2 weeks of delay and that too was a wrong item. I asked them to replace it and after days of delay again ive still not received my order. I had to leave the country so I requested them that kindly deliver it before that time but my order never arrived. Whenever i speak to their customer care team they say it would be with you by tomorrow but it never arrives.
