Bought a new bike from Williams (without a Part/Ex) The model I looked at and bought was in stock and I have to say I got what I thought was a very fair price for my new bike. Test ride was handled well (on another slightly different model) and sales person I dealt with was friendly and in the main knew his stuff (He had to check a few things though) New bike was mostly well prepared and hand over was also in the in the main good. Though a couple of things could of been better to make perfect. Some of the books with the new bike had not been stamped where they should of been and the clock had not been set to the right time/date on the bike. Final detail things I would of hoped a BMW dealer would get right. Overall though I had a good experience buying from here.

Very helpful staff, first class service. No fault of dealership, I'm now on my 7th BMW motorcycle, with each new bike rust starts to show through after only a short time. The build quality is good the finish quality is getting worse instead of better with the new bikes. As a result this may very well be my last BMW bike. The staff here always do their best to get issues resolved with BMW on your behalf.
