We went to Bridgman recently to road test the Snug self assembly sofa. From the moment we walked in the store manager Jonathan was the perfect example of great customer service - welcoming, not intrusive, helpful and very knowledgeable about the product we wanted to buy. We were so impressed that we chose to call back the next week and buy the sofa directly from him rather than online as he more than deserved the commission!

Slightly biased review as I made a purchase, however the helpfulness of the staff and the range of products is something I need to compliment. Great selection and the SNUG sofa is flat packed v sir you can get into tricky spaces with it!

I’ve never had such a brilliant experience in a showroom - there was no pressure to buy anything (but I did!) and I was given the space to look around freely and try out the sofas in my own time. When I was ready, Jonathan answered every question I had, and ensured that I had the information I needed to make the right decision. When coming back the following week to make the purchase, Jonathan had remembered every little detail of what I was after and my current circumstances, and made the whole experience quick, enjoyable, and definitely one to recommend! It’s also worth noting that in the current COVID-19 climate every effort had been made in the showroom for social distancing and there was anti-bac hand sanitiser upon arrival. What could have been very stressful wasn’t at all!
