I had some delay with my orders as at the time F&B were in transition to a new transport and logistics company. Delays happen from time to time, I understand that, however what was really outstanding was Teresa and her teams efforts to make things right. The team really went out of there why to rectify the situation to a successful conclusion. Much appreciated and many thanks.

If it were possible to give a zero star review I would be. We have bought several mattresses over the past few years from this company and never had an issue, however, with our latest purchase - an 1100 mattress - we had to wait 2 and a half months for delivery. After being given false promises of delivery dates which came and went, we were finally informed the company was experiencing financial difficulties (after several phone calls to the showroom in Wilmslow) and that our mattress would arrive in the new year. Bought on October 21st 2017, the mattress finally arrived on January 2nd 2018. This should have been the end of the saga, however, the mattress is not fit for purpose. It is misshapen, both too small for the bed frame (by several inches) and bowed on two sides. We have spoken to Feather and Black's customer service, who were dismissive, claiming that the misshaping will work its way out over the next few weeks as the mattress 'settles.' With the previous mattresses bought from this company this has never been an issue. It is understandable that the mattress will spread slightly, but it seems unlikely to solve the issue of its unevenly misshapen appearance. Feather and Black will not resolve this issue until the mattress has been in use for a month. Given the amount of misinformation we have received along the way, the substandard nature of the product, and the dismissive manner of their customer service, we will never use this company again and recommend that anyone reading this review avoids them.
friendly and helpful staff who are willing to get involved to find the ideal furniture for you, unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for, however they did give helpful suggestions
