I would put no stars but that does not seem to be an option. We have given them plenty of time to respond to my polite email asking for an explanation as to why they did not bother picking us up from the airport, why we had to get a taxi, why there was no one there when we dropped off and when we eventually got back via a taxi, why they never answered the phone to us when we rang them for over an hour and a half. Why the office was left with an open window with the car keys stored inside and why my car has a dint and damaged paint work. We did not receive an apology or explanation and my emails have not been replied to. Really wish I had read the reviews prior to booking.

I have used Moss House parking several times over the last months and found them to be great every time. Location is excellent for terminal drop off and pick up plus their pricing is really competitive. Would recommend to anyone. They will be my regular parking company for my future business travels.
We have just arrived back and waited over an hour for theses Muppets to pick us up all they kept saying was 10.minutes ended up jumping in a taxi to there car park when we arrived at the office nobody was there but our keys were sat on a table which we took got in our car and drove away 15 minutes later we got a call sat they were at airport for us where were we told them we were just getting a coffee would be 5 mins 10imutes passed and he rang again when we told him we were in our car the bloke didn't like waiting for us and didn't appreciate waiting for us next time you want to mess somebody around boys it won't be us
I was a little concerned after I'd booked because it was then that I read these reviews. I had left it to the last min to book my airport parking, alternatives were expensive, I decided to give it a try anyway, I actually arrived late due to traffic , 35 mins late but the driver of the shuttle bus was still waiting for me at 6:05am despite advising them I would arrive at 5:30am. Didn't wait very long for collection upon return either. I would be happy to use again in fact I've already booked for June as I usually travel once a month.
