Beware. I would leave no stars but that was not an option. The company refused to refund my purchase as I was a little under two months from delivery when requesting a refund. This is despite my product being unused and in original packaging. There is no returns information in the order confirmation you receive but at a link in very small print on the website. I accepted I would pay a delivery fee for return. This was a very expensive fee of 55 that I had paid to receive the item and would now pay again to return. I was told I could only have a half price refund subject to assessing damage. With delivery fee deducted the refund would be just over a quarter of the value of a new product, at best. I am very disappointed as I do not think this is reasonable when the product had not even been unwrapped and the company could get full value from it again. I would not recommend the customer service from this company.

Disappointing. I would not recommend this company's customer service. I bought 100 sqm of foil and asked to return it a little before 60 days after delivery because of a change in the project I was doing. The company would not give a full refund even though the product was unused and in original packaging. I was offered only a half price refund subject to assessing any damage but once the return delivery cost to be paid by me is deducted the refund would be only just over a quarter of the product's value. This was in addition to the loss of the original delivery charge I had paid. I do not think this is reasonable when I was trying not to waste a product, it had been recently bought and the company would get full value from it on resale. Be careful as there is no returns information in the email you will receive with your order confirmation. It is only at a very small type link on the website. The delivery charges are also expensive at 55 one way for delivery by a courier carrying multiple items in the area.
