Took fantastic care of my sprained knee, as well as ongoing deep tissue massage for bad tension in my back and hips. Takes the time to fully assess you and advise on exercises to do at home. Found ways to break down the tension to the point of releasing some compressed nerves, meaning I didn't have to limp down the aisle last year! Highly recommended
