Such a good company, I bought my first car from them about a year ago now but I was so so impressed with the service. My salesman Anthony was so friendly and was so invested in making sure I was happy with my car, he gave me honest advice which I really appreciated. A year on and not a single thing has gone wrong with my car (except a new tyre but that’s from use) and I love it so so much!! I will keep this car as long as possible as it is so reliable but when I do have to get a new one I will be back. Highly recommend.

brought a car from Wilson’s and have had nothing but problems. I have had the car 5 months and it has been in the garage 6 times. The car is unreliable and clearly useless from the start. The whole team is incompetent, say they will call you never do. Try to blame the issues of the car on yourself even though you have timed and dated photos of the issues. I have had this car looked at by other mechanics and the problems I have had would of been picked up by a routine service, something they claim to have done. They still owe me money which I have been chasing for months. I would rather walk than ever get a car from Wilson’s. Unprofessional useless, incompetent, bullying, stressful as well as being arrogant. Everyone who is part of this firm is a con artist.

Poor customer service. Very disappointed and dissatisfied! Would have expected differently from a dealership. Essential things like not having 2 keys for the car and issues with the car navigation system that the car comes with not communicated untill the full price of the car was paid which i find disgusting. The guy actually broke the Rlink system before i set off and waited 2 hours to reboot which never happened and i was told that i either leave the car with them(i came from Birmingham with train to pick it up) or come back another day to service it. When i aksed if it can be repaired in Birmingham to avoid travel cost and time lost i was refused by the manager and told to come all the way back to Epson for their fault. That's the kind of service you can expect from Wilsons Epson
