‘I have needed 24/7 live-in home care since an accident 10 years ago and know what a huge difference to my quality-of-life and that of my family a great support team makes. It's not just the personal assistants, but also the care coordinators and clinical nursing staff. HFH appreciate this and have been excellent. For the last two years with them I have had continuity from outstanding PAs with very efficient support from the coordinator and clinical teams. Long may it last!’

All in all the company is great for clients & staff, when it comes to my favourite colleagues at the office I'd recommend Bessie, Julie & Sasha, as they are the best and have had no issues.

This is officially the worst company I have ever worked for, from all perspectives including senior management, ethics and organisational culture. HFH is the textbook example of everything a company must do to NOT be successful. Working as part of this organisation led me to develop health complications, including stress induced tension headaches, that I'm still fighting to this day. I would advise that anyone in search of employment (as a carer or as part of the operational team) performs an in-depth research before applying as there have been members of staff resigning on a weekly basis. I know that this review will be deleted considering that HFH strives to maintain a superficial and innacurate 'positive' reputation as well as members of staff being pressured to leave positive reviews.
