Not normally one to leave reviews of places I've interviewed at, but my experience with Venture Marketing Group was appalling. I interviewed at this company, successfully going forward to the final stage interview. After the final interview, I was not contacted for weeks. I emailed the director who had emailed me numerous times prior to the final stage. She all of a sudden went quiet. A month has passed and I took it upon myself to call in. A woman that sounded half asleep picked up the phone, without introducing herself...how unprofessional. She then said that she would email the director in a cold tone and hung up. Moments later I got an email, not sent by the director, in fact it just read \kind regards.\ This email stated that I was unsuccessful, which in my eyes was a blessing. I would never want to work for a company that cannot even treat potential workers properly. No one would have communicated with me if I hadn't chased them. I had to take time off work, unpaid to interview at this company and they had the audacity to treat me with a lack of respect by not even following up from the final stage interview. Unprofessional!!!!
