We purchased a woodburning stove from Fire By Design and it was a good experience from start to finish. Knowledgeable staff who offer help and advice on all aspects of buying and installation. Superb installation team who left the house spotlessly clean and were very friendly and polite. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We absolutely Love our new fireplace. The team at fire BY DESIGN were helpful throughout. Richard was efficient and got the quote to us quickly. We then visited their stunning showroom to pick out the wood burner from the selection specified in the quote. Sarah handled everything and reassured us throughout. The teams that came to carry out the alterations, plastering and installation were polite and courteous. I would without a doubt highly recommend their service to anyone. I am so pleased that we found them!

Very disappointing - called in last week and was given a verbal and hand written quote and we were told they would put it in writing on e mail before we could order. Have chased for the quote and told she could not get the boss to have time to clarify the price - still waiting... really wanted to buy local but could not recommend a visit to the showroom after our experience.
