Highly recommended, professional family business that just love Ballet! As a dad who knows very little about ballet (sorry) I was a little intimidated when my wife who was working the weekend asked me to go here and ensure our 8 year old daughter had all the right kit. Due to it being COVID times there was a little wait because rightly only 2 customers can be in the shop at a time. But the queue was regularly kept informed and apologised to at all times which was lovely and appreciated. When it was our turn, the team could not do enough to put us all at ease and make sure we had everything we needed. As a family business owner myself I was even more impressed that it was a lady (Mum) and her daughter, then latterly son and husband helping where ever possible. It is such a great team, with a friendly and professional atmosphere. It is also so clear the whole family love ballet (the daughter had just come from the Royal Ballet House, the son from running a dance class)...my kids and I were bowled over by the positive experience. If ever there is a retail shop to support in Winchester, this gets my vote. We will not be going anywhere else, and I know more about ballet now than I ever thought I would do! Thank you and keep up the great work.

The owner is just lovely. I went in with my daughter after school and was given as much time as needed to decide on the fittings. The owner is very friendly and takes her time getting to know you. I highly recommend Ballet Pointe and would certainly go back.
