First try at this place since it changed from the old Texas Grill. The venue is nicely decorated, clean and open. Staff were polite and helpful. I ordered two burgers and chips and kids meals. The kids meals were standard nugget meals, kids enjoyed it. The two burgers had very different issues. The BBQ was constructed well, plenty of sauce and flavour, it was just slightly over cooked, bits of the bacon was burnt. However it tasted nice, chips were excellent. The signature burger was presented nice also, the patty unfortunately tasted a little rubbery/tough. Again overcooked a little. Also the salad inside had a big leaf stalk. All in all it wasnt bad, if the slight teething problems are sorted this place will be excellent.

Waste of a visit here. Travelled from Chandlers Ford to Winchester on Friday at 3pm to eat here as their website indicated they were open until 11pm only to get there and a staff member to casually say they would not be open until 5pm. No apology was given either. So rude and not worth your time or money!!!

Don't know if it was my taste, my friends brought me into this and I wish never bought it, a tenner on a small portion of chicken strippers and the orange flavour was terrifle (hot) and the chips Meh
