All investigation, site visits, negotiation and contract arrangements are taken care of together with onsite responsibility and liasion during the event itself. 03 Event Website design & maintenance With highly skilled and experienced design at our fingertips we will plan, design, create and maintain your event website as part of our service provision. Full details of Speakers, Exhibitors, Programme and Social events will be included together with all required online registration and abstract submission tools. 04 Clear & transparent budget reporting We prepare a draft budget for your approval and manage this throughout the conference period, reporting on a regular basis and ensuring that your financial expectations are met.
