I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing team at Jeremy France Jewellers. They were recommended to me by my Brother, who had previously had jewellery designed by them. I took a diamond ring that I had inherited, along with some gold jewellery that I no longer wore, into the store to ask if it would be possible to have a ring designed with the stones reset which I could wear myself. To say I am absolutely delighted with the finished ring is an understatement. It is stunning. I met with Lauren and Abbie on my first visit. Lauren talked me through the design process (and subsequently came up with 6 amazing options), and Abbie took me through the production process explaining how the gold would be melted and the band made. They were absolutely fantastic. I was kept informed of the progress at every stage, and the customer service I received from the entire team was excellent. I can't thank the team enough for everything they did - and I will definitely be returning in the future!

It took me 20 years before I found the right people to entrust re-setting my Grandmother's diamond ring. I had walked in (and out) of a number of jewellers before finding Lauren and Sandra who filled me with the confidence of re-designing those precious memories. The stones had originated as dress shirt studs belonging to my Grandfather which my Grandmother had made into a ring after he died in 1943. I'm not sure I can ever remember my Granny not wearing that ring, however I did not inherit her long slender fingers (!) and hence a subtle re-design was required. Lauren and Sandra patiently took me through the process of design and were constantly in contact with updates during lockdown. I couldn't have been happier with the end result - the diamonds are re-set in a modern style but the ring still has the original art deco feel about it - it is unmistakeably my Granny's ring.
Nothing but fantastic service for the whole team. I got my wife's engagement ring from there in 2018. I was talked through all the different designs and elements of a ring which helped me choose a beautiful ring. We also decided to get our wedding bands from there at the start of 2020. We dealt with most staff members on our visits and all staff were really informative. We have been in many times to make small adjustments and get the rings cleaned. All work on the rings has been done really quickly and to the highest standard. Definitely glad I decided to go with a local company rather then a large company or online retailer. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
Lauren designed a beautiful pendant for me. I was kept informed all the way through the process and my jewellery was produced on time and in budget. I'm so pleased with the finished result and wouldn't hesitate to use them again
