This company has the most unethical and unfair business practice. Contracts are being renewed with an automatic renewal clause hidden in the small texts of terms and conditions without customers being informed at signing and not notified before contract ends. Price is increased at an outrageously high rate way above inflation. Didn’t perform Its contractual duty of care in the last few months and didn’t even bother informing the customer or offering compensation. Never use this company. I’m so disappointed.

So I was with this company for nearly 5 years, I left in March as I wasn't getting help with the job I was doing. Picking up hazardous waste and mixing it with non hazardous waste and stock that had to be delivered to care homes and boots, so that means the stock I was delivering to care homes were Infected., I asked for help but the area manager and mangers didn't care, so I left All they care about is money don't help with staff.

Good facility, good staff. Great service and friendly drivers. Bit crowded for parking but apart from that everything else is great. Had an interview here and would say the only thing I didn't like seeing was an employee smoking outside then throwing her cigarette on the floor.

The worst ethics of any company that I have ever dealt with, be very careful about their terms and conditions. especially how to terminate. Nasty surprises are around the corner. Hope that my 300 was worth it.
