Very happy with our Volvo from Snows. We looked for ages and eventually found one we really liked. Tom did an extensive video tour of the car, so that we knew it inside and out before coming down to pick it up. After service has also been good with a few things that have come up.

Took my Volvo in for a recall issue. We were well looked after and the work was carried out very quickly whilst we waited. The only downside is that I was the one who spotted that my vehicle should be recalled - I didn’t hear anything from Volvo UK or Snows to advise me of the issue.

When looking for my new premium car Volvo was top of my list, it was the first weekend after lockdown ended when I visited Snow's Winchester and Aidan took great care of us. Covid-19 measures were all in place, and a whole new way of working had been incorporated, but Aidan made sure I had everything I needed and was safe. I then dealt with Wayne after the initial contact, who was also great, he me kept updated about the status of my XC40 and briefed me on everything I needed. The car arrived sooner than expected which was a nice surprise and pick-up/delivery was was smooth and easy. I've had a great experience with Snow's Winchester and when I am in the market for another car they will be top of my list. Thank you.
