(Dr Gonzalez) What makes a GP is the organisation and willingness to help of the receptionists. Came in with numerous clerical tasks and had them all resolved and done within ten minutes. Sad to have to leave this GP due to moving area. Excellent service in challenging times

I have been using this surgery for years. And have got to know many of the staff during this time. I have always been able to get an appointment (telephone at the moment) within a reasonable time scale. Receptionists are great. Drs are great. I am actually quite shocked by the bad reviews as I have received nothing but helpfulness.

I've had so many problems at this surgery! I've had problems with the receptionists, I've had many arguments with the manager, they have stopped my medication when they had no rights to, one of the doctors tried to throw me out because he didn't want to answer my questions. It needs a shake up and new staff and doctors!!!

They're not professional. Every time I had an appointment I was waiting at least 30 min after my appointment hour. Some doctors \forgot\ to send \my problem\ to the hospital for getting an appointment there. It happened 3 times in 3 years. Now, due Covid, I'm calling all day for someone to answer (one person from reception doesn't understand English so good, and I barely understand her). They didn't accept order prescription on the phone. I went on Thursday and it was close.
