Andy from Window Pains MK came round today to look at a problem we had with our conservatory roof panels. Although a few minutes late, he phoned to warn us of this. He diagnosed the problem and was able to make repairs, all within 10 minutes at no cost. He also offered excellent advice on how to try to prevent it recurring and on how to fix it ourselves if it recurs - and offered to pop back if we couldn't manage to do the remedial work ourselves. Superb service. Highly recommended.
