Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We first contacted Colin back in May for full window and door replacement. He came and viewed the job and subsequently provided a quote. We arranged for the job to commence in September. Contacted Colin again in late July and he visited our property on two further occasions, once to discuss what we wanted and then two weeks ago to measure up. After this, we heard nothing despite making numerous phone calls and texts asking for a definite start date. After receiving no response, we contacted Colin's partner, Graham. He was obviously aware of the job and said he'd get back to us. After sending another message to ask what was going on and expressing our concern, Graham replied stating we would have to find someone else as he cannot do our big windows upstairs due to having hip problems. Whilst we can understand this, there is no excuse for not being honest with us from the start 4 months ago, stringing us along, and for not letting us know sooner. This disgusting service and poor communication has left us in a position where we now cannot get on with our house renovation as the windows need completing first and we have to start the process of identifying a window fitter from scratch. Terrible experience and would not recommend.

Excellent service . No bull**** sales talk - just straight-forward quotation and then excellent installation service. Attention to detail is second-to-none and we're well-impressed with the work. Would recommend without a doubt.

in reply to tracy lewis. I offer my sincerest apologies for your negative experience with window wise. in our defence I will make the following points as to why we decided not to undertake your work. firstly the design and configuration of the windows were changed 3 times, making the work more complex and expensive. when I arrived at your property to carry out the survey [sunday 9am 18th august], I was told by your parents you had gone out for the day. who was going to confirm designs etc were to your satisfaction, and sign the legally binding contract to begin the process of window installation. I made an exception to call out to you on the sunday morning, as I had to cancel our previous appointment due to illness.i found out the following week you had contacted my window supplier for a quotation so made the decision you was trying to avoid signing the contract when I called to survey. after a conversation with my supplier we agreed he could undertake your installation as I had lost faith in you. I hope any potential windowwise customers reading this realise after 32 years of positive feedback, these are our first negative comments. I chose to walk away from this work as unsure of the potential customer. as a business I have a right to do so
