Purchased a window and Bi-Fold door from this company, for disabled and wheelchair access. The claim to the provision of quality products is beyond poor, to highlight but a few issues so far the window vents fall off if touched, the Bi-Fold door does not fit the space and within days the door would not lock, vents fell off and the door seals too short and falling off. The claim to attention to detail is also beyond inaccurate hence I have been left with a door that is not only inaccessible for wheelchair use but poses trip hazard. The customer service has been as poor as the claims to attention to detail and quality product, no response or actions taken to address the issues. In addition factually inaccurate, untruthful and false statements made. Simply a blame game between suppliers and fitters.
