Called VW Windrush twice with no luck. Do you want the sale? First time spoke to Matt and explained the situation about my exchange, Matt said he would do some figures for me and would call me back, waited 6 days and no call. Rang the garage back a few days ago, spoke to Matt’s colleague, can’t remember Matt’s colleagues name but was promised that I would get a call back in the morning and if Matt didn’t call, Matt’s colleague would call, again no call. Considering I was ready to sign a deal, I feel very dissapointed, I will look to another manufacturer.

A very good VW dealership with a great range of vehicles and friendly staff.
Went in just to look at some cars, not to buy but out of curiosity. The staff were lovely and helpful even though we weren't buying . Nice place and good stock. Will be recommending this place to friends and family :)
Extremely helpful, approachable and knowledgable staff. Will go above and beyond, and always willing to assist with the set-up/learning about all of the features there are to offer. Great 'can-do' attitude, made everything very easy.
Helpful staff. Good showroom.
