Fantastic bike shop, never disappointed, staffed by enthusiasts, not obessed on selling but rather driven by delivering superb service, which just makes you want to spend money with them. My go-to bike shop from now onwards.

Two separate online orders, both advertised as in stock at the time of ordering. One ordered with 24hr shipping, arrived perfectly on time, however the next ordered with standard shipping, didn't arrive after 7 days, I called for an update.....Apparently it was never in stock in the first place and there was a 'system glitch'. Informed them of this error and yet the next day it's still showing as in stock on their website, despite them admitting it won't arrive for another 4 weeks. Be weary!

What a great shop - I really enjoyed my experience with 700Cycles. They have a great online presence that is coupled with fantastic LBS service. Dave and Jeandre both really put time in with me over the phone and in the shop to ensure that I walked away with a phenomenal bike and equipment fit for purpose. One recommendation even came at the cost of a sale, but has since made my cycling so much more enjoyable. As a result, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them in the future and thoroughly recommend them to anyone serious about making the most of their cycling. Thanks guys. Simon

Called the shop to check stock of a mech hanger which had broken on my ride, was told it was in store so bought the bike down there and then, it was fixed within minutes, brilliant friendly service. Would recommend and happily use again. Thanks guys

A shop that is driven by taking your money and providing terrible after sales service. Superficial knowledge of cycling used to coerce people to parting with cash. An example would be trying to tell a customer, in the summer, that an expensive windstopper fronted jersey is cooler to ride with than a standard jersey at half the price.
