We sold completed Dec 2020. Outstanding service from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend Nimi and Catriona highly enough. We had listed our property numerous times over the past few years with various estate agents, namely chains. The service we received from Redwoods was amazing compared to the dreadful service from the chain agencies. Redwoods is run by Nimi and Catriona so they really care, and are so dedicated to selling your property and making you happy. The larger chains don’t care. They have high staff turnover and lose interest if your property doesn’t sell itself after the first 6 weeks. This isn’t the case with Redwoods. They make it a mission. We were very very happy with the service we received, and would never use anyone else again in the future. We also saw how Nimi helped both ourselves and our buyer with our solicitors which were painfully slow and uncommunicative. Nimi didn’t stop right till completion. These ladies work their socks off, it’s their business so they really care, and work all hours to keep you happy. Don’t use anyone else - seriously !!!

Horrible estate agents. Rude, couldn't care less about customers, hardly ever open AVOID! If you are looking to sell your house I would strongly advise using someone else.

Having lived in her home for over 55 years, we were concerned about the whole process of our Mother selling her property and moving on to a new home. However, we could not have chosen a better Estate Agent to assist with the marketing and conveyancing process. From the first meeting, Nimi and Catriona were full of enthusiasm, friendly and professional, instilling confidence that they would be able to achieve a good result from start to finish. A buyer was found without delay, and it was great to be able to speak to them whenever we needed, to follow the progress and address any concerns. We were so pleased to have chosen Redwoods and would definitely use their services again.
Nimi and Catriona at Redwoods have set a new standard in Estate agency. Selling and buying a new home is an extremely daunting and stressful process. But they made this process stress free and put our mind at ease every step of the way. Understanding our needs better than we did. After viewing many other properties with other estate agents we found our dream home with Redwoods. We decided to market our property with Redwoods too (that was one of the best decisions we made). Redwoods managed our sale and ongoing purchase. Communication was excellent and I was able to text or phone outside of normal working hours. Without the Redwoods team there to guide and support us I doubt we would have successfully moved at all! Now we’re in our dream home and Nimi and Catriona were instrumental in making that happen. I would like to thank all the Redwoods team for making our dream come true. They were all very patient and went the extra mile every step of the way. If your thinking of buying or selling I highly recommend Redwoods.
