Amazing people Jan had helped me today was needing one for going with family to Lego land she waited for bring back , without this I know would not have been able to do much so big thank you p. should really support this service amazing life line to people with disabilities

Completely unrelated to the service they provide. But we arrived at Windsor Station two weeks ago in 30 degrees heat, with an impatient 3 yr old looking for the bus to take us to Legoland. After wandering aimlessly for some time I spoke to a wonderful lady in the Shopmobility Cabin to see if she could point us in the direction of the bus. She invited us in out of the heat and called us a taxi to take us to Legoland. She was so lovely and welcoming, thanks so much!

Lady work s there was so friendly but lack of knowledge about technical capabilities of the wheelchairs. We hired the most expensive and worst wheel chair for my parents and in the UK. They charge 10gbp for everything, scooter or wheelchair. The wheelchair we hired was broken, wheels weren’t in good shape and it was so hard to push all around the town. When we have returned that, lady was unable to even understand the problem and her answers were nonsense. At the end she has realised that there is a problem and all she can say was “sorry” instead of refund our money. If you are charging 10 pounds for couple of hours at least give someone works to your customers.
