Not a great company. Ok at first, but considering we got flooded there was zero compassion in dealing with our claim. We had payment for the contents aspect of claims 5 months after the flooding and the buildings is still Ongoing. You have to phone everyday to get some kind of response and that is usually ‘it’s being ’reviewed’ or ‘waiting further information’ never kept up to date and all we actually want is to get out home back.

Disgusting service, terrible at communicating and really unsure why Ageas claims has a partnership with them. Additionally they sent us rude contractors to do a half job which doesn't help us in any way when having to deal with damages in our property that cost thousands of pounds.

Probably the worst loss adjusting company and service you can experience. Would never ever deal with them again. Have had numerous discussions with the companies they work alongside with and the experience from clients in general about how bad the service is quite bad. Dealt with Adrian Whittle, absolutely no empathy and did nothing whatsoever to help....can not believe people like that exist. My insurance company overturned multiple decisions Adrian because they could see that it was incorrect what he was doing.

It has been over two years and the claim is still in process. Half job done at the building and zero at contents. Too slow , always under review and nothing happens.

At first I thought this company were very good, we flooded on the 16th of February 2020 we are now coming to the end of june and still no settlement, they don't return calls dont respond to emails and we are still no closer to finding out when we will be able to start to rebuild our lives and our home.
