Why does it state order before 4pm for same day delivery If you cannot accommodate this???...and I only presume you cant do it as it the next day, no email, no call and also no answer of the 10 calls I made and 4 emails later.. still no sign of when I will receive.. and based on these reviews I dont see me getting any answer or money back.. DO NOT PROMOTE SOMETHING YOU CANT MAKE HAPPEN.. this company is going down hill and fast..

Didn't have the first 3 things we asked for on the menu which is poor. Milkshakes were below standard couldn't taste the ingredients at all. Portions very small. Extremely expensive for what you get. Other places much better value for money
Paid 4.75 for not even a third of the cookie dough I expected. The portion sizes have got significantly smaller over time and this portion didn’t even fill the base of the minuscule box. Had to wait about 15 minutes for it and from now on I shall be purchasing the 1.50 cookie dough from Tesco that bake n shake likely uses.
They've changed the waffles from freshly made to pre made and still charging the same price. It's such poor presentation and quality for what its made out to be. Looks like it's going down hill from when I was last there.
Refusing me a refund after receiving nothing from them. Can’t even be delt by a “manager”.. disgusting, luckily my bank is sorting it out for me, I will get my money back off these robbing people. this place is going down hill. Would not recommend at all.
I normally love this shop but when I went today it was closed with a sign on the front that said “back in 5 mins” I waited 20 mins.
order via there website not knowing they deliver the next day and know refusing refund after receiving nothing what a joke, they said the manager will ring you back after 5 mins every time I call what a way to ruin you're own business, and judging by you're recent reviews your going down that route.
if i could i would put no stars !, ordered over 2 months ago food but did not realise it was a preorder , so i cancelled the day after when it opens and still have not received the money even though i have called multiple time and been told by the staff that they would call me back when the manger is in and they will inform that i still have not had the money and i heard nothing !!!! on the one time i caught the manger on the phone he had promised that it will be refunded and was apologetic on behalf of his staff yet 1 months later i still haven’t received the money and they haven’t been answering the phone the past 4 times i’ve called them in last 7 days , frankly i’m appalled by the treatment of not just the staff but also the manger , furious !
