I had 3 windows with seized mechanisms and broken handles,Was told by another window firm my windows where unrepairable that we would have to get them all replaced. After getting in contact with Bebington glazing they said that they could fix them. I now have 3 fully working windows again.

The Tutoring Shop

Really disappointed with my experience with Bebington Glazing. I always hold off on writing reviews for a couple of months and I’m very glad I did. In just a few months the front door to my shop ( a fairly key part of any business) has broken twice. It took days to fix it the first time but the second time round I’ve been left waiting over 2 months without anyone coming out to fix it despite many promises that it would be sorted “ASAP”. I also had a shop front put in which is of extremely poor quality. Every time you close the door the whole front of the shop moves inches. Also beware of paying extra for brickwork as what they mean is just a lump of misshapen cement which causes a complete mess and looks awful. Very disappointing experience overall.

Just had all our windows and doors replaced on our three bed semi. From phoning to enquire to the lads leaving we had the best quality of service. Bob came and quoted us, he was professional, polite and extremely helpful. There was no hard sell, just great advice and a friendly manner. After making a decision to use this company I contacted the office and the girls in there were the same, polite, friendly and very helpful. The lads who came to fit the windows were lovely. They kept the areas they worked in clean with dust sheets covering all surfaces. They were careful and meticulous in there work. Nothing was a problem and they were polite, friendly and cheerful at all times. We are so pleased with the work done, the price and are more then willing to recommend this company to anyone. Thanks very much guys.
