After hearing scratching noises coming from my loft one evening, I searched for a local pest control the following morning to come and check it out. After seeing lots a good reviews, I phone Tom for help. He came out that afternoon and arrived at the time he said he would. After inspecting our loft he found evidence of mice. He sorted the problem and came back for another 2 visits to make sure mice problem had been sorted. He was really friendly, well mannered and all 3 visits he came when he said he would. Haven’t had any mice visitors since but if we do, I know who to call. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service provided by Defender Pest Control to remove rodents in the floor space under the property. Tom was very knowledgeable and very focussed on solving the cause of the problem (the entry point) and not just removing them. Very efficient and effective treatment with a friendly manner and no fuss. He also came up with a cost effective solution to solve the entry issue, sourced and fitted the device. Very good communication throughout and even an extra visit thrown in to deal with an emergent issue. Overall I was very impressed and highly recommend the service. Hopefully I won't have the problem again, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service provided by Mr. Tom Brown. After 3 weeks, there is no trace of the mice in the loft. Mr. Brown provided several recommendations and carried out the jobs with efficiency. . All the holes in the air vents were blocked to prevent any further problems in the future. Mr. Brown was aware of all Covid regulations and had his mask on at all times. Professional service with a gold star rating. 10/10
