Firstly I thought this was a bit to good to be true when I stumbled across there website, 9months later I’m in my own home and it’s perfect. They held my hand all the way through including contractors sorting jobs and even setting boiler up after the sale. Do not hesitate on using own place, as with every house there may be some minor jobs or decorating needed but I’m happy with my purchase. 5 star service thanks Julie,Karen and John for making my dream of owning my own home come true.

It's a fantastic project to give people a chance to get into property ladder. John, Julie and Karen are amazing, and they guide you through everything and answer all questions. It's a free service and you don't need deposit at all, plus the purchase comes with 25%discount with conditions. John was very patient with me too as it took me forever to find a home that I wanted. A downside is the quality of the houses, so search search search before you commit because to me location was very important but also houses come as seen mostly needing lots of cosmetic work. The houses are however structurally OK for a mortgage and it's a first step. Highly recommended.
