Our 9 year old daughter has just been treated by Robbie and the Sandstone team to help expose her two front adult teeth that were stuck underneath her gums. A big procedure for a young, extremely nervous girl. From the minute we met the team they put her at ease and talked her through the procedure, what was going to happen and what to anticipate. A highly professional approach but on her level, so she understood the process and what to expect. Follow up treatment was great - with supportive and a reassuring phonecalls to alleviate any concerns. They not only made her smile beautifully but they made her feel really relaxed and also extremely proud of herself. A fantastic team that I would highly recommend. Thanks to Robbie she has returned to school feeling confident and positive!!!

I received exemplary care from Dr Robbie Williams, who placed two implants for me and a beautiful bridge. He was very gentle, professional and kind and he explained every step to me to ensure I understood the process. He made me feel relaxed, comfortable, safe and reassured. He also removed a tooth for me...I was very nervous, having previously had a bad experience, but Robbie removed it so easily and skilfully, I hardly noticed! I would like to say thank you so much to him and would recommend him to anyone.
