We decided to try The Tapas Kitchen during the 10 off from the government. The set menu of six dishes looked appealing and for my first time here, a good option. The complimentary Sangria was not what I expected - in a positive way. So good, I had to have a second one at full price. A good list of wines by the glass also available. The food was awesome and I would happily pick the same choices again, specially so the chorizo dish. So why only three stars for this review? One was dropped because of the way young children were running around the restaurant and screaming as if in the playground. Unpleasant. The second was dropped as a result of unfriendly service where a smile seemed to be outside of the job description. Maybe this was a result of the children running around?

Lovely atmosphere, attentive staff. Food absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, only one star off 5* due to the very small portion sizes, I know it's tapas and it's the norm but these seemed a little too small for the prices. However, I would definitely return due to the high quality and taste of the food.
Really tasty food with an early doors menu reasonably priced. Highly recommended
