Having booked an emergency appointment with this my dental practise for a tooth infection, I was very surprised to receive a telephone call saying my dentist had cancelled the appointment...! upon asking WHY....? the receptionist was unable to confirm the reason. So obviously & very understandably & in great pain & agony I went down to enquire as to WHY that was, the receptionist went to see \the male dentist\ whom was unwilling to see me to explain HIS utterly inhuman at the very least, BUT MOST CERTAINLY VERY VERY UN PROFESSIONAL ACTIONS to a registered patient who was in a great deal of pain. After some more conversation with the receptionist she alluded to the reason being \previous\ dental appointments....!! which got me thinking so upon checking my diary yes I had indeed hat to cancel two previous dental appointments with this dentist some YEARS AGO because of unforeseen work commitments, which one presoposess that this is the reason MONEY MONEY... This however doesn't explain nor apologies for the previous FOUR appointments that this dentist had cancelled with me over the previous six months... And seeing at the time I was a freelancer working in London some 120 miles from home & this Dental practice those appointments which were cancelled by the \dentist\ had meant a whole day of work fo which I was unable to charge my daily freelance rate. So the moral & Professional code for this dentist is IF YOU'VE PREVIOUSLY CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS WITH HIM which affects his wallet & earning potential NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.. And require dental care of any kind YOU WILL BE CANCELLED BY THIS DENTIST.

Due to inadequate equipment (decent X Ray) and or due to poor diagnosis, I had an undiagnosed abscess for over a year , *even though I had specifically asked for that tooth to be looked at ,I had to Lance it myself twice later on whilst in severe pain. Appointments where cancelled and I soon found myself in AGONY as COVID lock down came in, I spoke to the surgery again who said they couldn’t see me , and could not offer me any alternative help other than nhs 111 , YOUR BUPA !!! , and can do NOTHING!.... I was nearly hospitalised but mangaged by just googling!!! To find a dentist clinic in Cambridge who mercifully extracted the tooth within hours of me calling. Within a few days and many painkillers I made a speedy recovery. And have registered with a new dentist in Downham market. A very disappointing experience
