Many thanks for your great customer service on Tuesday 20th November 2012 afternoon.. I had been to PTS who could not help my problem. They told me to go to Burley Fluid and Air. When I arrived I showed my broken flexible hose and the young man who served me was extremely helpful and gave good advice on the parts I needed to repair my faulty hose. All of the parts needed were in stock and I even took spares away for a very reasonable price. I did not catch the name of the young man in customer services. This young man is a credit to the company and gives great hope to the failing service we are so used to now in the UK. Many thanks again and best regards Rob Clapperton
