Well, where do we start? Drivers waiting room with 4 chairs in an 8x4 space for a 4hour wait with no TV and no information given as to how long it was likely to take to fix a blocked ad blu system,no signage for toilet no vending machine ,can't bring your trailer in the yard,I'm not blaming the fitter one bit but I think a little more thought for drivers who still have a load to deliver wouldn't go amiss.
