From the moment I engaged with the company some 5 years ago, right up to now, this Bibo experience has been outstanding. Everything about this product is 5 STAR... The water is always perfect. whether it's hot or cold. I like a tepid glass of water in the winter. It's just cold water that's warmer. Filter changing is easy as BIBO gives you fair warning, and the filter ALWAYS arrive on time. Best appliance in the kitchen.

We have had our BIBO classic for just over 3 years and absolutely love it! As a family we are all drinking more water and the kids have certainly slowed down their fizzy drink’s intake. It looks great and we are often asked about it by friends. Customer service brilliant and nearly as good as the perfect cuppa the BIBO makes. Would highly recommend.
I'm sorry to say that this product doesn't do what it says on the tin. The water cools rather than chills and the hot water does not get hot enough for tea but is ok for coffee. The stated temperatures appear to be a matter of fiction and are overstated. So too is the quantity of water you are able to dispense at the highest and lowest attainable temperatures.
We have had the Bibo Bar for no more than 2 years, the machine stopped heating up the hot water and it started leaking after I replaced the filter. I called the company and they advised that we send the unit for a service which costs 250. I did receive a discount of 40 so it cost me 210. They took the money in advanced and arranged a collection of the machine. It came back 10 days later with the same leak but hot water was working. I called to complain about the leaks so arranged another collection. 2 weeks later we received the machine in a wet box and the whole bag that covered the machine had water marks. I open it and fitted it, it worked. At night while I was asleep I heard the beeping noises of the buttons and water splashes. I went to the kitchen and saw it dispensing water with a brain of it self. It flooded my kitchen and all the units were damaged. I called to complain and they collected the machine again for the 3rd attempt. 2 weeks later it was sent and now nothing works, it doesn’t even dispense any water just lights and beeping sounds when we press the buttons. This company’s service is beyond ridiculous and they refuse to refund what I’ve paid to service the machine. I will dump it with a loss of 650.
