Ordered a belt kit, yoke, and bum roll 46 days ago in hopes it’d be here before an upcoming deployment. Still nothing. No tracking number, no “contact us” section on their website, they don’t respond to emails, and they certainly don’t answer their phone when I’ve paid to call international. Hopefully they’ll look at this review. Actively seeking a refund, do not order from this company.

Top customer service. I ordered a smock from Dropzone and the courier DPD was awful. The driver didn’t even attempt delivery because he apparently had navigational issues, so therefor just put it down that I wasn’t in. Nic from dropzone customer service team got in touch with DPD and got the problem resolved within 30 minutes. The driver was told to come and deliver my smock after his rounds. I will definitely be using dropzone again.
